These are the terms for visiting Yatra Lounge & Restro. They are short because there is not much to them.

Who we are

We are Yatra Lounge & Restro, at the Departure Gate of Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal — open 24 hours, every day of the year. Coming in

Everyone is welcome — travellers, the people seeing them off, airport and airline staff, and anyone else at the airport. You do not need a boarding pass: the lounge sits before the security check, and walking in is free. You pay only for what you use — a package, food and drinks, a shower, luggage storage, or time in a recliner, a massage chair or a workstation — at the prices shown in the lounge and on this website.

Reservations and payment

You can simply walk in, or send a request through the booking form on this website or by WhatsApp. A request becomes a reservation when the lounge confirms it. Nothing is charged on this website, and there is no pre-payment — you pay at the lounge when you arrive. Package prices shown here are per package and inclusive of government tax.

What we record

A booking or contact request keeps the details you typed into it so that we can answer you, and accounts keep the details you registered with. Our privacy policy says exactly what, why, and for how long.

The whole of it

These are the whole of our terms — we have not added deposits, cancellation charges or conduct rules. If something is not covered here, ask: the front desk is staffed around the clock.
